Hi! My name is Catarina and I am a Research Assistant at Cambridge University. I have a Masters degree in Biomedical Science and have been a pet lover since I was little. I grew up surrounded by animals. Growing up we had a dog, cats, a turtle, fish, canaries, hamsters, chickens and I even had a pet duck! Currently we have 4 cats ( 2 to 16 years old), one of which I've had since she was 2 weeks old and I handraised and bottlefed (she's my baby ahah).
I have lots of experience with pets from both my own and from petsitting family, friends and neighbours pets.
I have pet sat dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters before.
Since moving to Cambridge I have been living in a house share and as such I'm not allowed pets in the house. Because of this I can't have pets stay overnight, but I'm happy to stay over to housesit.
This also means that I can't see my cats (who live with my parents) as much as I would like, so I would love to spend some time with your pets!
I love science but I would also love to one day open a pet day care! Animals just brighten up my day and I love to see them happy and loved. So being able to spend all day surrounded by them would be a dream come true for me! 

Extra Info:

I'm usually only available in the evening during week days. Saturdays and Sundays are more flexible.

I can administer oral medication if needed.

Happy to water plants and bring in mail during home visits/house sitting while you're away.

For home visits and dog walking: I'll stay for at least 30m, but happy to discuss timings.

For Housesitting: on weekdays I'll have to go into work from 9-5 but will be with your pets in the evenings. Weekends are more flexible and I will be able to spend more time with your pets.
