About Vivian
Hiya! I am a postgraduate student at Cambridge. I am a dogs&cats lover and the owner of 2 cats: Yuzi(4 years old boy)&Nico(2years old girl). I get on well with pets and animals and am good at looking after them.
When I was in my hometown, I used to take care of homeless cats in my university and others' pets during the pandemic when they were not at home. I also have experience in taking care of ill animals. Nico was homeless with a severe illness when she was 3 months old. I took her home and finally managed to cure her.
I am able to provide feeding, cleaning and taking care of ill animals, especially experienced in care for cats. Besides, I love photography and am very willing to record good moments for your pets. During the daycare, I can send pictures or videos for you to check the situation and I will report what happens at all times. I also would like to communicate with pet owners, if you have any additional requirements, please feel free to talk to me.^_^
About my services：
- I also can do simple administer medication to pets; grooming; watering plants; bringing the mail; rubbish dumps; simple cleaning works such as dish washing, sweeping and mopping.
- I am able to board no more than 2 dogs at the same time;
- I can offer 1-2 dog walks per day;
- During home visits and house sitting, I can stay with pets for the whole day;
- I will ensure the doors and windows are locked and pets are fed well before I finish my service;
About my working time:
- I will not leave more than 1 hour during dog boarding or daycare and stay with them as long as I could;
- Usually, my dog walks will last 1-2 hours and negotiations are welcomed;
- I am an undergraduate student and I can do pet care on weekdays and weekends, except Tuesdays and Wednesdays (I have classes);
- I provide whole day/part-time daycare
- I am usually available in the Mornings and Afternoons, usually no later than 7 o'clock in the evening.

Brilliant, as always!
Vivian has been brilliant with my very nervous little dog!! He has separation anxiety and Vivian has really taken this in her stride - he took to her straight away and it has been such as relief to see him take comfort from her, even when he's still a little stressed to be home without me. She also understands that it's quite stressful for me to leave him, and has been brilliant with her updates to reassure me that he's content when I'm not there.
