My standards & approach:

I offer a very friendly (family oriented) and professional service.

As I am a family man and professional living and working in Cambridge I can easily accommodate bookings across the city and have lots of pet care and pet sitting experience - so you can rest assured your pets will be in safe and trustworthy hands. They will always receive a high quality and attentive service, as well as lots of love and attention, which means you can have the peace of mind to focus on your holiday, work, or any other aspects of your life that may need to take priority.

I am also available to look after pets for the elderly, who may have reached a point that basic pet care has become a little bit of a struggle. I'm always smiling, and have a very warm and friendly personality, as well as a very calm and respectful demeanour. Everyone i've worked with so far has felt at ease with me coming into their homes to help out - even if they have become a little forgetful or nervous.

My background with animals:

I have always grown up with animals: dogs, many cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hampsters, rats, cockatoos, chickens, fish and many, many more. I've also worked on farms and taken care of baby birds, hedgehogs and all manner of creatures that need a little nurturing care to help them survive. 

In fact my family and friends call me the animal whisperer - wether its donkeys and horses in the new forest, parrots and cockatoos at the wildlife sanctuary or just when visiting peoples houses, I tend to become an animal magnet - even the most timid, boisterous, or unlikely of animals quickly become my cuddly friends!

For animals living with us humans, we often become their sole experience of family and life.

Just like humans, animals need kindness, respect, and love, so I approach them based on thier own personality and behaviour, in thier own time, and in a way that lets them know that they are safe in my company.

My Trustworthiness:

I pride myself in providing a professional, high quality service. A huge part of that professionalism is being absolutely trustworthy and respecting your home whilst taking care of your pets and doing daily visits. For this reason I now price my services at the mid to high end of the market. This is to reflect the quality of service you will receive, and to separate myself from those at the lower end of the market that may not have the diligence, care, and professionalism that I offer.

I am always happy to do meet and greets prior to bookings, in fact, I nearly always insist upon it (except in emergency short notice situations).

I am also happy to provide my family home address, mobile number, and social media contacts once bookings are confirmed, to add an extra level of peace of mind and security. Feel free to ask.

My Services:

I am available to do 1-2 home visits per day, to take care of your lovable pets of all shapes and sizes!

I can also do overnight stays if you are away. However I have a minimum booking policy of 2 nights.

I am available to do longer term house sitting during the school holidays, and I am also happy to do daily visits for pets living with the elderly.

I can also administer pets oral medication.

**As well as the above I offer a cat training service and/or can train you to train your own cat**

I can train cats to sit, go to their bed or a designated place, to scratch their scratch post, to come when called, to kiss their owner when asked, to lay down etc.

Cats respond very well to my training techniques, and as they are intelligent creatures that love to learn, they thrive and often love their training sessions.

I can also train timid cats, which often helps them become less timid, but this is a longer process and takes time and patience.
