Hello fellow dog lovers!

We are a married couple from the Rutherglen/Cambuslang area. My husband, Jan, and I are in our late 50s, and we live in a large detached house with a spacious, secure garden.

We've been caring for dogs now for well over a decade informally, but as we are both home daily, your dog will never be left alone. We have a deep love for all dogs and would be thrilled to welcome your dog into our family should you choose us to help look after your pooch.

We are also licensed to operate an Animal Boarding Establishment, giving you peace of mind that we meet the required standards for your dog’s safety, comfort, and care.

We often meet dog owners in the park who are struggling to spend quality time with their pets and have concerns about trusting some of the bigger dog-walking enterprises out there. For us, caring for dogs is incredibly rewarding emotionally, and we love meeting all the different dogs we've been able to care for so far.

Our house is just a 10-minute walk from a large park in Cambuslang, which has an amazing nature trail and river, plus four huge playing fields ideal for a game of catch or chase the ball. Our garden is large, fully fenced with secure gates, and very dog-friendly. Any dogs staying with us will be kept indoors on purpose-built doggy beds or their own beds in the room right by our bedroom at night.

We typically provide morning, lunchtime, and evening walks, with the lunchtime walk being a longer trip to the park. However, we always ask the owners to provide us with their dog’s daily routine, which we then follow. The same applies to feeding schedules and administering any medication – your dog’s routine will remain unchanged while they stay with us.

We only accept bookings for more than one dog if they come from the same owner or if they are related or already know each other. Our aim is to provide a stress-free environment for your pet, so we only take one client at a time. We have no pets ourselves.

As we no longer work professionally, we are flexible with days and times. Whether you need care for a few hours or a few weeks, we are here to help. Your dog will be with us 24/7 until your return.

Unfortunately, we cannot drive to pick up or drop off your dog. However, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
