Hi, I’m Chloe!
I come as part of a package with my Miniature Wire Haired Dachshund, Reg (Reginald when he’s naughty.) He misses me when I’m away Pet Sitting but he loves all the presents he gets afterwards.
As an animal Mum for most of my life, I know the commitment we all make when we decide to expand our families with an extra fur-child. They truly are another member of the family and I know that it‘s so important to have full trust in whoever’s care you leave them in, whether it’s for an hour or for a week. Not only for knowing that they get the best attention and care while you’re not around, but also so that you can relax and not be anxious while you’re doing whatever it is you’ve not been able to take them along for.
A lover of all animals, giving pets love and care gives me great pleasure! I’ve owned small to large dogs throughout my life so I’m comfortable with all breeds and can cater to all activity levels from lazy snuggles to hyperactive runners!
I’ve owned cats and currently we have 2 Birmans called Dallas and Duchess who get treated like royalty and act like it.
I’ve also owned rabbits (which also had babies!), guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, fish and a beautiful horse. Needless to say it gives me great joy to care for them all and get to know all of their quirky personalities.
I have the experience of having pets since I was a very young age. I can remember being picked up from school at the end of the day when I was in year 1 and travelling to Warwick to pick up our very first puppy, Harvey. He slept on my lap in the back seat of the car the whole way home. The next time we travelled in the back seat of the car together he was sick on my lap😂And so the many memories began. Memories of exploring the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside I have always lived in through fields, forests and along the river. Even now, there are always hidden gems waiting to be found.
Ever since, it has been a way of life for us to have a dog. Our lives simply do not feel the same to not have at least one dog clattering around on the wooden floor, getting under your feet whenever you go to the kitchen (or anywhere!) and being there to greet you when you get home like you’re the best thing since sliced bread.
Hopefully that gives you a little more insight to my passionate past with animals! If you have any questions regarding anything with the care of your animals, please don’t hesitate to ask me! No question is too great or small when it comes to finding someone you trust for the job.
Looking forward to meeting your very best friends!
Please feel free to have a look at my business page to see what sittings I’ve done so far and what I get up to with my regulars 😊

Chloe is lovely, really helpful and cheerful, and clearly spent time with Ruby and Katy, who seemed calm and happy when I returned. We all look forward to seeing Chloe again soon.

With the highs of owning animals, there are also the lows. I’m experienced with caring for our Golden Retriever Harvey who was declining in health with cancer until it took him from us. Also our Cocker Spaniel Roxy who had lifelong epilepsy and suffered severe cataracts in her last years which made her nervous on walks with lack of vision and bumping into things in a once familiar home. Much the same as humans, care and sensitivity needs to be adjusted in these later years of a dogs life.
