Petmates Chester is a friendly and professional dog walking and pet sitting service located in the heart of the city. We offer a tailored service to our valued customers and their beloved pets

to accommodate their routine and needs. We are passionate about working

with

pets, treating each animal we care for with the same love and

affection as we would our own.

We offer a range of dog walking and pet sitting packages across Chester and surrounding areas,

allowing you to meet the demands of busy life. It also reassures you

that your pets needs are being cared for and ensure they greet you

with a happy smile and friendly wag of the tail when you arrive at home!

We offer 30 minute, 60 minute & 90 minute dog walking packages, which range from walks around the local neighbourhood to trips to the beach or local countryside

- giving you the flexibility to choose the most appropriate walk for your dog. We have an impeccable 'Pick-up-poo' policy whereby we do not leave doggy poop on the ground.

Providing your dog is happy to travel via our pet taxi, we

can transport your dog

to other areas of Chester to team up with other dogs for fun group walks. We hold up to two, hour-long

group walks per day

with pick ups and drop offs included. This gives them the opportunity to meet, play and socialise with other friendly dogs in dog-friendly parks / areas across Chester.

We also offer shorter 30 minute walks &

solo walks for the more nervous

doggies, however our availability for this service is limited,

particularly at lunchtime.

We will initially arrange a consultation free of charge to discuss the services we

offer and

your pets needs. We will ask you to fill out a consultation form which will include details such as any medical requirements, your pet's routine and the vets they are registered at etc. This allows your pet to get to know us and for us to get to know them.

At the consultation visit we can discuss whether you are happy for your dog to be walked with other dogs and whether you agree for your dog to be let off their lead in park areas.

Before we undertake any

walking / sitting arrangements,

we will always come and

meet

with you and your pet for a

chat

and to get to know each other. If you decide you would like to use our services, then we do have a

form to fill out with all yours and your pets

details / needs,

to make sure we have all the

information

we require to make our visits / walks run smoothly.

We provide visits to your home either once or twice

a day for 20 minutes at a time. Pet home visits include feeds, water, toilet stop, litter tray change, fuss and attention - we'll even take your bins out and water your plants if requested!

We will update you regularly how your pet is to reassure you that your pet is well.

We are fully insured with Cliverton as well as Pet First-Aid & CPR trained. All staff have

up to date DBS certificates, giving you peace of mind that your pet and home is in safe hands.
