I have been a pet sitter with Pawshake NZ for several years now. Prior to that I worked through some other pet and house sitting sites. I am now back in the UK and want to help out where I can. 

I offer pet-stting at your house, dog walking and animal feeding once or twice a day. I have had a range of experiences so I can look after any household animal providing the owner leaves their specific instructions. I'm not a farmer by any means but have looked after chickens and horses (only feeding them)! I can administer medications and brush the fur on a cooperative animal! I know a little about dog training but it is not a service I offer.

I am also an occupational therapist and am often working from home. I can work my schedule around the animal's needs and tailor the time and activities to suit. If the animal wants attention during a visit then I will give it attention. I can bring in mail and water plants. The dog walks are around the owners area but we can go further afield during pet sits. I am like the favourite aunty who takes you pet on new adventures - new beaches, parks etc, and, if appropriate, with new friends (human and animal). Most animals settle in quickly and enjoy the time they spend with me. I keep owners updated with how things are going and am not afraid to check things to be sure things run smoothly. Whatever you do to your house for security I will do to your house.

 I love to dance, act and sing. Traveling is my expensive hobby so I'm glad when pet sitting can make my travels longer.
