I’m Jules and live just off Cooks Lane, B37 area... I grew up with pets from a very young age, I’m in my late 50’s, mature but also laid back. I hold a full clean driving licence for emergencies and I hold a “Fully Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Police check. (Certificate can be shown)

The pets we have owned through our lifetime are dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, fish, tortoises, geckos and chickens. Currently I have 2 double golden doodles of my own who are 7 months old and love having playmates over. They get on really well with other dogs.

I have been pet sitting in my home for a few years now. I can board your furry ones as long as they get along with other dogs. I live in a largish house with a secured fenced back garden and conservatory. There is plenty of room for the dogs to play and sleep with my 2 pooches. My dogs as well as your own have the run of the downstairs and have their very own doggy lounge that we use all the time, it's a open lounge with no doors and opens up into the hallway. Our dogs are walked twice to three times daily, early morning after their breakfast and in the evening around our local park and lake, they will also have a afternoon walk if it's dry, your pooches will also come along.

We do have experience with senior dogs and cats and administering medications and creams etc Some of our own animals required meds in their later life. Senior dogs will also be walked separately if they’re able to. We will follow their own routine that they’re used to.

The breeds I’m used to are golden and labradoodles, German shepherd’s, Alsatian’s, Airedale Terriers, Staff bull terrier, spaniels, Lhasa Apso, French & English bull dog, Golden Retrievers and Rottweilers. I’m very open to looking after other breeds as we just love dogs. I’m very easy going and allow my pets on the sofas and my bed. They have the run of the house downstairs during the day and sleep in the kitchen/diner at night or in my bedroom if your dog suffers with separation anxiety.. So your pooch will be well cared for and spoilt.

I am an easy going, mature person, who can bring a wealth of related experience looking after your pets. I will respect the owner's wishes, follow the routines they have established for their animals and maintain a high standard of care for the animals. Each pet sit has its own unique set of requirements and I will provide regular updates and images of pets for the owner's peace of mind.

Probably the best assurance and recommendation I can give to anyone who appoints me is that many pet owners have repeatedly asked me to be a repeat carer for their pets whilst they go on holiday or have work commitments. All have found me through my friends of friends and relatives and their distant relatives by word of mouth.
