Hi, my name is Mya, and I’m a responsible, active, and caring animal lover with years of experience taking care of pets. For the past six years, I’ve had the joy of looking after my family pet, Prince, a big, lovable German Shepherd, which has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and meeting a dog’s physical and emotional needs.

I also have plenty of experience caring for cats, as I’ve frequently looked after the cats of friends and family over the years. Whether it’s cuddling, playing with toys, or simply providing a calm presence, I truly enjoy spending time with cats and getting to know their unique personalities. I’ve learned how to read their body language, respect their boundaries, and ensure they feel comfortable and loved.

My love for animals is what inspired me to become a pet sitter. I understand how much pets mean to their families, and I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and compassionate. Whether it’s long walks for dogs, playtime for energetic cats, or ensuring pets are fed, groomed, and content, I’m committed to keeping them happy, healthy, and well-cared for.

I am currently a Post Grad student, and live in S11. I have my own private flat with lots of open floor space and places for your bet to roam around and get comfy during sitting or overnights. Although I don't have a garden, I live opposite the Botanical gardens in Sheffield, which is a great place for dogs to run around and have a good walk! I'm an outdoor, active person myself- so I would love to have a furry friend to adventure with😁.

DBS has been done as part of my onboarding process in my current job to confirm I had no criminal records for safety and security information.
