Hello. My name is Sarah and I live in East Horsley. I am available to visit your home to feed your cat(s) and other pets.
I have a cat at home so unfortunately I cannot look after any pets in my own home.
I have lots of cat sitting experience and I am DBS checked. I have also taken out my own separate cat sitting insurance policy in addition to the cover this site provides.
Cat sitting is something I have done for a number of years. I absolutely love it and have formed a special bond with all the cats I have cared for.
On my visits which are for a minimum of 30 minutes each time, I will clean food bowls, put down fresh food and water. I am happy to change litter trays and dispose of any dead mice, if your cat is a hunter! I am also happy to administer any medication your pets might need. If you have other pets that require care I am happy to look after them as well. I can also put bins out, move post from your front door, open/close curtains & water plants etc anything you might need whilst you are away.
I will keep you updated daily on how your cat is doing and I will include photos with my messages. I know how comforting it is to see that your pet is being properly cared for in your absence.
If your cat loves attention I'm more than happy to spoil them with plenty of stroking/tummy rubs or games of chase the feather (whatever makes your cat happy) or if your cat prefers their own space, I will respect that too. I work part time from home so I will tend to only be available in the mornings and afternoons/evenings.

I literally cannot praise or thank Sarah enough for all of her help during what has been one of the most difficult times of my life. I had to go into hospital for major surgery and was really worried about having to leave my very elderly and blind chinchilla who needs very special care and a very precise evening routine that needs to be followed in order to make sure all of her needs are met and that she wouldn’t be unsettled with me not being there. I live with my elderly parents who were able to check on my chinchilla throughout the day but they weren’t capable of all the cleaning tasks involved etc.
Sarah was very quick to respond to any messages I sent. She is professional, friendly, understanding, kind, thoughtful, reliable and reassuring. She was able to accommodate and be flexible to fit in with the arrangements and followed all of the instructions meticulously.
Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that my chinchilla was given the best care for the entire time I was in hospital whilst I was going through such an awful and painful experience, which relieved a tremendous amount of stress I would have otherwise been faced with.
She sent me photos and updates which brightened up each day I was in the hospital and made me feel so reassured that my chinchilla was happy and being taken such good care of.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the perfect sitter for their beloved animal companion and I will certainly be asking for her help again in the future should I need it. Thank you SO SO MUCH Sarah 🙏🏼🐭❤️ x
Sarah was great with the cats and bonded well which can be difficult with one of them. Great communication with daily updates and photos and was consistent on her visiting times which gives the cats more comfort.
