Since moving to Edinburgh for university, I really miss being around animals. Pet sitting feels like the perfect way to spend time with dogs and cats while helping owners feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and cared for. At home, my family adopted a rescue dog who had been through significant trauma, and being part of his recovery has been life-changing. When he first joined us, he was very nervous around strangers and found it hard to settle into a new environment. Over time, with patience, care, and lots of love, he has made incredible progress. Supporting him through that journey taught me the importance of empathy, consistency, and understanding that every animal has its own pace and personality.

Although this is my first time pet sitting professionally, I have over six years of experience living with both a dog and a cat. I’m comfortable with different temperaments and happy to care for vaccinated pets in their own homes or provide walks, playtime, and companionship. My motivation is simple: I genuinely love animals, and I want to make their lives—and yours—a little easier.
