thank you very much for considering me to look after your valued pet and friend.

I offer a premium service that ensures your pet feels safe, loved and happy.

I live in Fife, but work full time in Edinburgh so am potentially able to accommodate bookings in both areas. Because of my work hours, I cannot remain with pets during the day, except at weekends. I can stay overnight with pets in Edinburgh or Fife.

Services offered:

I offer day visits and home boarding. Home boarding in your home is 6pm until 7am. Other times can potentially be accommodated. I cannot take animals in my own home due to my own pets. 

My care can be tailored to suit your needs and special requests, including medication, can be happily accommodated. 

I am experienced with anti social or traumatized animals and aim to be a reassuring, comforting and calming presence to pets such as these. I am pet first aid and CPR trained so you can be assured that your loved pet is in good hands. I have a few clients with rescue pets and very nervous dogs and cats, and the feedback I have from them (the owners and also the pets!) is that the pets feel comfortable and safe with me. 

A little about me

I have gained a lot of my experience with cats and kittens and dogs from living in India where I ran a shelter for abandoned cats and a few stray dogs in my spare time. I looked after a range of residents from new born kittens to injured and elderly cats and stray dogs. I am experienced living with and looking after cats, rabbits, dogs, guinea pigs, turtles, tortoises, mice, hamsters, fish, hedgehogs, and birds. I genuinely love working with animals and understand how frustrating it can be to find someone reliable to look after something so valuable to you. I will offer a reliable, professional, caring and prompt service to suit your needs, and will be honest with you about whether I can commit to your pets needs or not. I am a trainee solicitor working with the Scottish Legal Aid Board, I love running and doing art in my spare time. 

I am DBS checked.

My current cat, Aslan, is the ginger in the photo. I also have a wee black girl cat called Pattertwig (in the last photo and doing the yoga pose).
