Welcome to my profile! My name is Sophie and I'm a third-year Geography student at the University of Exeter and will be staying on for my master’s next year – so I’m local and available for the long term.

I’ve always loved animals and have plenty of hands-on experience. I currently have an 8-year-old Labrador gun dog at home in Warwickshire, who I’ve helped train and care for, and I’ve previously owned a cat, rabbit, hamster – even stick insects! Regularly walking and looking after friend's animals, I am confident with pets of all shapes and sizes and always aim to make them feel relaxed, safe and happy.

I enjoy hiking and playing tennis (never short of tennis balls for fetch!), and I love spending time outdoors with animals. Having family living on a farm, I have grown up around farm animals too, such as bottle feeding lambs when I was 5! While I can’t host pets at my home due to student tenancy restrictions, I’d be more than happy to come to yours for walking, pop-in visits or sitting – whatever works best for you.
