Hi! My name is Jack and I have grown up with a dog or cat (sometimes both at the same time) in my house since I was 4 years old. I am very experienced in feeding them, watering them, walking them and, most importantly, showing them love! I have kept chickens in the past and am experienced with maintaining them as well. 

Before my father retired, he used to have his own veterinary surgery. So as a kid I would go over there after school and say hello to all the pets in the waiting room. Also, when he occasionally stayed overnight in the flat above the surgery, sometimes I would sleepover too and I got to meet and help with all the pets that had to be held at the premises that night. I got to meet, stroke, cuddle and play with all kinds of animals of all sizes, ages and breeds. The perks!! I also completed a week-long work placement at my father's surgery during secondary school as part of my work experience which taught me a lot more about how to maintain and take care of many different types of pets.

Naturally, I have fallen in love with animals and my home just doesn't feel complete without one! I have recently moved out of my mums house which means farewell to her dachshunds, Dolly and Flash and farewell to the chickens! Although I do visit as often as I can to see them, sometimes take them for their walk, and to clean the chicken's coops out (seeing mum is a nice bonus too haha).
