Hi!

My name is Ashleigh, I am 23 years old, and currently living down in Bournemouth. I graduated with my degree in sports and exercise science at Bournemouth University in 2023 and now continue to live here while I train in my sport. From the age of 17, I took up trampolining and since then have found a real passion for it. Living here in Bournemouth means I am able to train at one of the best-performing clubs in the country and work my way up to competing for Great Britain.

Growing up, I always wanted to become a vet. This idea formed in my 5-year-old brain due to my clear love and understanding of animals, and a vet was the obvious career path! Alas, I grew up and began to explore the route of sports and performance. Animals, however, have always been a part of my life and spirit. Growing up we were very much a feline family, due to our busy schedules and their commonly viewed "independent attitudes". Throughout my childhood, we had a number of cats, one lasting 17 years! This cat had a very special place in our hearts, she was incredibly loved for all her personality quirks and for, of course, letting us live in her house. Since then, we took on two new kitties, which soon turned into three and then four! No idea how that happened?! Anyways, the point is, despite a busy lifestyle, I have always found an understanding and appreciation for the role pets play and the importance they have in a home.

Since moving to Uni, I have had to settle with friendly neighbor cats, and being the default pet-sitter for my friends, and their friends. Whilst I live down in Bournemouth, I want to help out anyone looking for someone to give their pets some attention and TLC while they're away.
