Hi, I’m Jo and I live in the west end of Glasgow next to the Botanic gardens and river Kelvin where I spend lots of time walking my mini dachshund, Bruno.

I work from home as a freelance translator so Bruno gets spoiled with lots of cuddles and attention as well as regular play sessions in the garden and local walks to meet his doggy pals in the park. We also visit Mugdock park and local beaches in the car for a longer run around. I have safety harnesses for the car so your pooch will travel safely. Bruno and I passed the Dog’s Trust puppy training course last year so I’m confident using commands to keep dogs safe when out on walks and am happy to discuss your individual needs.

I am happy to look after your dog at my flat or come and take him/her out for walks when needed. I also offer overnight boarding. I’m pretty flexible so just let me know what’s needed and I’ll be happy to oblige.

I have 2 children who love helping out with doggy activities so your dog must be child-friendly. Although the kids love spending time with dogs, they are at school during the day and are never left unattended with dogs or asked to take them out for walks alone. Rest assured, your furry friend will only be walked and cared for by me (and Bruno, who loves going for walks on the school run and playing with all the kids in the park after school).

I’m happy to send you photos of your dog during its visit/walk and can send updates by text or via social media with details of our adventures.

Rates:

£30 per 24 hours for dog boarding

£10 per walk

£20 for full day doggy day care including walks
