Hi, I'm Vicky.

 As an experienced and trust worthy house and animal sitter, I would love to take care of your animals whilst you're away. I am unique as a house and animal sitter because I will be with your animals all day, every day for the duration of your holiday. I don't need to go out to work all day. If I'm walking your dogs, I will only ever walk them alone. Not with any other dogs. I will also send you photo updates so you can see your animals are happy and cared for.  

 Here's a little about me and my motivation:

I've always been an animal lover.

 I could honestly say I have never in my life met an animal that I didn't like. I come from a family of animal lovers. As I grew up my house was filled with many animals. Previous pets include dogs, cats, budgies, pigeons, chickens, tortoises, hamsters, ferrets and rabbits. I also have three years experience working with horses. 

 I have many years experience in dog care. I've had three pet dogs in my lifetime.

 I also have a lot of experience in cat care.

 Recently I spent three months working and living on site at an animal sanctuary in Thailand taking care of homeless dogs and cats. Along with dog care and walking I was in charge of the cat house.

 It was great fun spending my days taking care of the dogs and cats.

 My most recent pet was a lion haired rabbit called Kali. We were together for 8 years. We had the most amazing relationship and shared lots of cuddles.

Spending time with animals is an important part of my life. 

I love to travel. I have travelled extensively around the globe.

Because of this, house and pet sitting is ideal for me.

This way I have the pleasure of caring for your animals and have the freedom to travel without worrying about or missing a furry friend back home.

I offer dog walking services, dog and cat care, small animal care, house sitting (at your house only) and house vists. Unfortunately I cannot have animals in my present home.

I am also currently only available for short house sits of up to three days and/or home visits. 

I'm based in Glastonbury. Kindly note: I am not a driver or a car owner. I use public transport. This means I will only house sit in homes that are no more than ninety minutes by public transport from my home. Yeovil, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Castle Cary, Glastonbury, Street, Wells and surrounding villages are fine. 

I'm happy to travel. I accept last minute bookings.

I work as a self-employed therapist so I am flexible with times and dates. I also have some great references from previous clients.
