I've had pets my whole life, except for the times in which I've been living away from home. Growing up my family has always had a dog and a cat, I could never choose between being 'cat person' or a 'dog person' because I know how great both are. In more recent years I have also had a pet hermit crab and most recently quails! A house without pets just is not complete, but unfortunately I am not at a point in my life at the moment where I am stationary enough to have pets of my own, which I why I would be more than happy to help you take care of yours.
I have been watching pets for friends and neighbours since I was young and have always enjoyed being able to take the time to spend time in the moment with animals, who are such a great reminder there is more to life than what becomes our mundane day to day. I moved to London for my master's degree and found great joy dog walking and house sitting while I did my degree. I have started working full time since finishing time, but have valued my time as a pet sitter I would love to be able to continue it. Fortunately, I have the flexibility to work from home most of the time making housesitting a great option for my own schedule as well as yours!
Unfortunately I would not be able to take pets into my own home, but I am happy to visit them in your home. Depending on what your pet needs on a given day I can adjust the time and type of care your pet would receive. I would aim to take any dogs on a walk lasting at least 30 minutes, but am happy to adjust depending on the dog's needs.
Whenever I do a home visit I like to save a little time to just be around the pet and give them some more stimulation, doing more than the bare minimum of feeding and letting them out. Having been around so many types of animals I am happy to watch any furry/feathered/or scaly friend that might need watching!

Caroline is smart, on the ball and trustworthy. My cat doesn't warm to many people but he seemed to by the end of the stay. He's usually very off and unhappy after I get back from being away, but this time he was fine!
Communication is key and Caroline always replied promptly-which was extremely important for me. She sent a pic/video daily and was just all round fabulous.
I came back feeling calm and relaxed instead of the usual dread and anxiety.
You'll be missing out if you don't book her. 😻
Caroline was fantastic! She is so quick at getting back to you. She took excellent care of our puppy and our flat. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again.
