My name is Chloe, and I'm based in Muswell Hill.
I have had pets all my life and am passionate about animals. I live with my partner, my 2 year old little boy, rescued stray cat Twiggy and rescued Spanish street dog, Ringo. I'm an ethical vegetarian, and feed Twiggy and Ringo free range pet food. When I have spare time I volunteer for animal welfare charities, like the League Against Cruel Sports, The Cinnamon Trust, Peta and BUAV. I mostly work from home so my animals are never left alone for too long. Before having Sunny I worked part time as a dog walker at a doggy creche in Highgate.
My little one loves animals and is very gentle with them. As he's been born into a home with animals, he leaves them alone, and isn't phased by them. Animals I care for must obviously be good around babies, and cats.
We have a beautiful, large communal garden, and are a short walking distance from 3 woods, a 10 minute walk from Alexandra Palace, and an hours walk (or short bus ride away) from Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath.
Your dogs will be walked a minimum of 3 times a day, with a long walk in the afternoon. I'm happy to give baths when needed and will brush them daily.
We have a squirrel (named Cyril) who visits our window every day, Twiggy seems to have made friends with him! I'm happy to care for small animals in my home, kittens (so as not to alarm Twiggy too much) and dogs as long as they are baby and cat friendly.
I'm equally happy to visit your home (preferably walking distance or short bus journey away - as not as easy with baby anymore to travel too far) to check in on your pets, for feeding, cleaning, grooming, walking, or even just cuddling!
Chloe was outstanding.
I was astounded that she was prepared to turn out over Christmas. She treated the situation as though the timing was irrelevant, though it can’t have been.
I really hope that she can come along again in the future.
She took very good care of my Budgies over the Christmas period.
Your pets will be provided with the best and most loving care possble.
I have over 20 years experience caring for animals and have rescued all of my pets, so am used to nervous animals who have come from a difficult background.
I'm happiest out in nature and love going on long walks, having a four-legged friend (or two) for company makes it even better. My animals health is extrememly important to me, and I feed them a balanced diet of free range, steamed wet foot and occassionally dry food. Sometimes I buy free range raw food, which is very good for animals, and what nature intended for them.
I'm happy to bath and groom animals when required.
I make time to play with animals in my care for at least an hour a day to keep them stimulated and have lots of toys for them to play with too. I love to teach Ringo to understand new words and enjoy training him through positvie reinforcement - a method I'm very passionate about.
I'll provide daily updates and photos for all animals in my care.
