INTRODUCTION:

We are a professional, easy-going couple in our thirties (been together for over 15 years), completely location-independent (we work online), both non-smokers, vegans/vegetarians and have no dependents. Due to the nature of our wandering lifestyle (we travel a lot), we cherish every moment at the company of animals that we get the opportunity to stay with. Oh, and we have been complimented on how neat and tidy we have always been!

OUR EXPERIENCE:

We have been pet- and house-sitting ever since we joined a similar site back in 2016. During this time, we have had the most (and only) amazing experiences – we have met incredible people many of whom became our friends as well as bonded with all of the beautiful animals we have had the pleasure of looking after.

We are both British citizens and we have lived in London for over a decade. We also stayed (and often pet-sat) for a long while in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia and many other places both in Europe and Asia. We are pretty aware of different customs and cultures and are happy to travel pretty much anywhere with confidence and pleasure!

After all of the years pet-sitting, we have become very familiar with different animals' behaviours and things that usually need to be taken care of. We are quick-learners and are very adaptable. We will definitely make good friends with your beloved pets!

Additionally, Bart has finished an extensive course in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from The University of Edinburgh. We also have quite a bit of experience in administering medication as well as doing simple injections. And we are happy to give your pets an occasional bath, even if they might not be too keen on that.

WHAT WE DO FOR LIVING:

We own an online fashion/travel magazine, which leaves us flexible and able to travel to watch over your beloved animals and cherished possessions as we work from the comforts of your home. We are both professional photographers as well, and we take great joy in capturing the pets on the camera. Rest assured, we will send you plentiful of pictures of your fur-babies so that you can feel confident they are sound, safe and much loved.

OUR HOBBIES:

For fun, besides work, we like to read, write, watch films, play music and board games, hike and cook, and, of course, spend as much time as possible with cute animals.

CHOOSE YOUR TRUSTED SITTERS:

We are more than happy to have a chat with you over the phone, Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime before you choose the perfect sitter so that you can get to knows us a little better and so that we can get to know you and your pet(s) too.

Additionally, we are happy to arrive a day earlier prior to your departure if you wish to – we are pretty flexible and oftentimes pets (especially the shy ones) like to get a bit familiar with new-comers while the owners are still there.

We would be delighted to house-sit because we want to make sure, while you're away, that not only are your pets in an environment they are used to, you're also able to relax in the knowledge that we will take care of your home as if it were our own.
