I signed up to become a pet sitter because I love animals. I myself own a happy little husky and a cheeky little cat. They are my family and I couldn't imagine my life without them. Therefore, I know how hard the thought of leaving your pet at a kennel or cattery is. So I decided I wanted to help owners feel more at ease and to try to offer last minute care for those who need it at short notice.
I love taking long strolls in the countryside with my dog and own a National Trust membership which allows me to really spoil her to more scenic routes. My experience prior to Pawshake includes looking after neighbours' cats and walking friends' dogs.
Services that I offer:
Home visits - spending at least 30 mins with your pet/s at least once a day
Dog walking - as a dog owner I am used to taking one hour walks at least (of course this can be alterred to suit your pet)
Overnight stays - This is not a service I always offer as occasionally my partner works away and I can not leave my dog alone overnight, however, when I am able to and you require it, I will happily stay overnight and have no qualms if you prefer your pet to stay in the bedroom with me.
Casual grooming - I am NOT a professional, but as a husky owner I am aware of the importance of brushing your long haired pets.
Unfortunately, as I work full time, I am not able to offer daycare.
It would be my honour to pamper your pooch, cuddle your cat and cherish every moment with them.
