Hi, my name is Amie, and I’m 24 years old. I’m currently studying to become a veterinarian, which means animals are truly at the heart of everything I do. Even though I didn’t grow up with pets of my own, I’ve
always loved being around animals and made every effort to spend time with them whenever I could. Friends and family quickly saw how much I enjoy caring for animals, so I began looking after their dogs and cats whenever they needed help or went on holiday. 

These experiences, combined with my veterinary training, have taught me how to care for pets with confidence—understanding their behaviour, keeping them safe, and making them feel loved and comfortable. I’ve walked dogs, cared for cats and other small animals, and I’m confident handling
feeding routines, giving medication, and adapting to each pet’s unique needs. 

My home is a safe, welcoming space for pets. It’s in a quiet, pet-friendly area, and although I don’t have a garden, there are plenty of lovely walking routes nearby for exercise and fresh air. Pets are welcome in
all rooms, and I’m happy for them to relax on the sofa or bring their own bed and essentials so they feel comfortable and at home during their stay. I can walk both morning and afternoon/evening. Walks can be up to two hours in the countryside depending on the dogs need. I love to take photos of our trips and adventures and will happily share daily updates with the owners.

While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I treat every animal in my care as if they were part of my family. Whether you need someone to walk your dogs, provide day care, or check in on your cats, I’m here to help. My goal is simple: to make sure every pet I care for is safe, happy, and loved.
