I am a kind, respectful, non-smoking animal lover with professional experience in the animal care industry and many great references from regular clients. I've recently moved to Bristol from London, and I have some spaces that have opened up. However, I do still travel to London for pet sitting.
In the naughties I studied for an Animal Care National Diploma, and at Uni a BSc in Animal Behaviour, Ecology and Conservation. I have worked as a dog walker, a house and pet sitter, in a cat sanctuary, a monkey sanctuary and on farms looking after horses over the years, however not continuously, I also have experience working in finance/administration and as a freelance artist and performer.
At 41 now, I'm mature, reliable and a quiet reassuring presence in your home while you are on holiday. I am also now able to open up my flat in Bristol for doggy day care. I live close by to 2 huge parks in Eastville Park and Snuff Mills for regular walks. I am good at gaining trust quite quickly with animals, especially with more timid or protective types. I grew up in the countryside on a small holding, looking after dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, a hamster, ducks, geese, chickens and growing veg, (I also kept Ferrets while I was at university) so I am happy to also offer the service of watering plants/allotments, and looking after other animals (not just cats and dogs).

During the sitting at our house she kept Bodhi company, took him for a walk and made sure he was happy throughout. We're really grateful!
Sadie was excellent with Diesel. He warmed to her and settled in quickly. She was very kind and patient. She sent me photos and updates and I knew that he was happy and in safe hands. Would definitely recommend Sadie to care for your pet.
