Hi, I’m Rich Eskinazi. I'm from Cape Town,South Africa and recently moved to London with my wife and 13 year old son, for my wife to take up a new job here. I run my own Strategic Contracting business and most of my work with clients is remote and done from home. I love animals and have been a parent to many dogs and cats. We currently have a Daschund, a French bulldog and a cat. Parker, Frankie and Wiggles all came with us from
Cape Town and are living their best lives as we live in a park in Hampton Hill.I walk them daily – Frankie runs around ecstatically happy to be outside, Parker makes friends with every human he meets and yes, sometimes even the cat comes along – following us around! Like all pets, they each have their own character.
I've often looked after people's homes and pets and I'm looking for more work-life balance as I start to move away from contracting, now that I'm in the UK. Having used house / pet sitters myself I know who I would want looking after my home and my pets. I know that you'll be able to relax with peace of mind, knowing your home and special friends are loved and well looked after - in the same way that I look after my own. I won’t be the cheapest house / pet sitter, but I know that I will be the best and most responsible.
In terms of services offered, I'm available for overnight home sits as well as for home visits for an hour. I can water plants or bring in mail if necessary. Obviously with a home of my own with pets, I bring the responsibility that comes with my stage in life and your pets won't be left alone for overnight stays for any more than three hours. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you.
Richard has now house sat for us twice this year already and our dogs absolutely adore him. Highly recommend 🐶❤️
