Hi my name is James and I have felt a strong connection with animals for as long as I can remember.

I would be happy to take your dog for a walk, pet sit at your home or any other task that involves animal love and care.

I am honest, trustworthy and calm natured which works well for particularly nervous animals. I am confident that once you meet me you will feel safe leaving your pet in my care.

I have lots of life experience with animals and pet sitting including working on farms and volunteering with charities such as Cinnamon Trust and National Animal Welfare Trust.

I have cared for dogs, cats, horses, snakes, guinea pigs, hamsters, chickens, goats, sheep and pigs to name a few!

I am a nature lover and I feel like I belong outdoors, no matter what the weather! I enjoy long walks along the coast and would be happy to bring your dog along with me.

I have my own transport and I am generally available mornings, afternoons and evenings.

I would be happy to send you photos of your happy pet whilst in my care. 

The services I offer include:

- Dog walking (at least 30 minutes walk or more, depending on the situation/suitability) either from your home or to the beach or woods. I can also take your dog to a secure dog field for an additional fee (£10 an hour) where they can run free without the worry of other dogs, people or animals. This is a great option for nervous or reactive dogs.

- House and pet sitting. I will look after your house and pet while you are away. I will keep your house secure and tidy, take out bins, water plants etc as well as all required care/walks/cleaning/love for your pet. I am able to administer basic medications. Length of stays can be discussed. Please note that pricing for this is for 24 hours of care.

- Day visits, the same as above but I will just stop in at agreed times in the day for a minimum of 30 minutes (times can be discussed) to check on your pet and house to ensure all is well while you are not home.
