Our services include dog walking (either 30 minutes or 1 hour long). Our walks can be solo or in a specially picked group of dogs with similar temperaments and personalities. We love to continue with training with our clients so will walk your dogs in the way you have taught them to. Our pet sitting/pop-in service involves regular visits to our clients house to look after pets. For cats this could mean feeding, cleaning litter trays, play and socialisation and is inclusive of up to 3 animals. For dogs we can include a 30 minute walk onto our service. We can also stay overnight at owners houses including a walk for dogs and training sessions, fun and games and all the regular services included in the pet sitting service.

Lottie was very caring and kind towards Tiggy and looked after her extremely well. Definitely would book Lottie again in the future.
Never use I would score 0 stars if I could. Read the following quoted text form our conversations.
(Lottie)09/08/2020 “Hi! We do have availability for these dates but have an event on the Friday evening. Do you know what sort of time he’d need picking up? ^_^”
(Me)09/08/2020 “Thank you for responding, we have to leave the resort on the isle of white at 10a.m on Friday morning so I think we would be picking up Theo before the evening.”
(Lottie)09/08/2020 “Absolutely fine! As long as it’s before 6pm it would be no problem. How is Theodor around other animals? We have resident dogs and cats who are very used to having other dogs around.”
(Lottie)4/09/2020 “Hi! What time will you be picking Theo up?”
(Me) 04/09/2020 “should be there between 5/6”
(Lottie) 04/09/2020 “We told you that we can’t do that”
(Me) 04/09/2020 “You said as long as we pick him up by 6 as you were going out”
(Me) 04/09/2020 “I Have attached a screen shot of our conversation about pick up times, I do not appreciate the way you are communicating with me and this will be reflected in a review”
(Lottie) 04/09/2020 “That is not what we agreed. You definitely said you were Getting 10 o’clock ferry and would be with us by lunchtime/early afternoon. We are within our rights to put Theo into kennels we have checked with Eastleigh Borough Council. As we are dog lovers we would not do this. A booking is 24 hours we already waived the extra hours fee as it is for a 12 o’clock pick up. We have had to report this to the council and Pawshake. We did NOT agree that he could be picked up between 5 and 6. This is not acceptable”
(Me) 04/09/2020 “Look at the screen shot I sent to your email Lottie”
(Lottie) 04/09/2020 “That is not what we agreed verbally at the meet and greet. And anyway, you said BEFORE the evening.”
(Me) 04/09/2020 “We did not mention 10 o’clock ferry and You said as long As It’s before 6 pm then it was fine, I’m a paying customer and I don’t appreciate your tone or you accusations! This is your business and I’m not sure what the problem is here? We will get him before 6 as agreed and payed for!”
(Me) 04/09/2020 “You are distressing my whole family and children with your threats! I have it in black and white what we discussed here if you actually took the time to look back at earlier conversations and you are retracting that. Your customer service is shocking and quite frankly unprofessional. We will be taking this further.”
(Lottie) 04/09/2020 “Please call Tracy on All. The Bs. This is a case of crossed wires as we also have screen shot of a text from you stating you are getting a ferry at 10am. We have not threatened in any way we were merely pointing out what we were advised to do but we chose not to do. Also you haven’t paid for today 4 x 24 hours was booked pick up should have been this morning the Pawshake contract states after this time extra costs will apply again we haven’t charged you. Also we overlooked the lack of Paperwork as you we”
(Me) 04/09/2020”At this point in time the, if you believed that we haven’t paid the necessary funds then why not simply ask for full payment? Instead you threaten to have our dog impounded. We have contacted the council ourselves and there is no report from you so yes you did threaten us and lie!!! Shocking behaviour and we will not let this lie”
We contacted the council and the dog warden and the council advised that they had not received any phone call or contact from Lottie.
All the b’s pets is the most unprofessional service we have ever received and I would not recommend them to look after insects never mind an animal, absolutely disgusting behaviour! 0 STARS !
And a final note, he came home with fleas!!
