I am a 52 year old grandmother who still has lots of life in her! I was raised on a free range chicken farm and have been surrounded by animals all my life. Over the years, not only have I had numerous beloved cats and dogs, I've also had ferrets, a donkey, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. 

I have struggled with anxiety in the past, and my pets have been my best friends as they listen to all my worries, don't judge me and always make me feel positive about life.

I have recently moved back to the UK from Koh Samui, where I enjoyed volunteering at a local Dog and Cat Rescue Centre. This experience was humbling, especially the fact that these animals have been neglected and poorly treated, but they still have love to give and are very loyal. This experience has motivated me to give something back to the animal community and to those who love them.

Until now, my career has always been supporting vulnerable adults, young people and children. I am a qualified dyslexia practitioner and have worked in various environments with children who have special educational and behavourial needs. I am fed up with a 9-5 job, so my love of animals has motivated me to take up pet sitting - to help others who adore their pets but do not have enough time, or physically unable to exercise them regularly.

Although I have not been a 'professional' pet sitter, I have had animals all my life. So, I feel that I have the neccessary skills, knowledge, patience and caring nature to be entrusted with other people's beloved furry family members.  

I consider myself to be a respectful, honest, open, upbeat, energised and empathetic person, with a genuine love of all animals. I will treat your beloved pet as my own!

I have just recently completed a Diploma in Dog Grooming and another Diploma in Pet First Aid and CPR.

Please note: I do not have animals in my own home, instead I will pet sit at the owner's home.
