I have extensive knowledge of a variety of animals. I have completed the Animal Care level 2 course in College in 2015. I have had pets myself since I was around 13 years old. I used to go to work with my mum who worked on a farm and helped her with looking after all the animals that lived there. I enjoy and appreciate every moment I get with any animal, and I always use my knowledge/experience to make sure they receive the best quality of care whilst boarding with me. I work with "pets are family" close to my heart at all times. I have experience with bathing dogs too, if this service is needed it will be completed free of charge during your pets stay. I understand that every family and their pet is unique, and I was always try my best to make sure all needs are accommodated to for everyone. I have my nearly 3 year old son, who lives with me 50% of the time. Working on a '4 on 4 off' schedule, so if your pet is not good around children, I will certainly still have a vast amount of availability to accommodate to your pet. I am able to offer oral medication administration if it is needed. I am also able to offer a bath or shower for your pet if it is needed during their stay, which is free of charge. I live in a flat on the second floor. With access to grassy areas right outside the building for toilet breaks. I aim to walk pets a minimum of twice a day, for at least an hour a time. If your pet cannot walk for an hour that's absolutely fine, again, we can discuss any needs, or if they need longer than an hour that's fine too. I am currently a stay at home mum, so your pet will never be left alone for longer than an hour, that's only if I need to pop to the shops etc. Any pets are allowed on my furniture and bed, but if the owner has their own preferences for where their pet sleeps etc, then of course that will be followed. I am able to provide references upon request of previous pet owners whose animals I have looked after for them.
