Hey there!

My name is Freya. I'm an Australian import to the Cambridgeshire area with a background as a lawyer, and a side-hustle of dog sitting and walking.

Although I'm unable to pet-sit currently (we have a full house already with two pooches at home), I'd love the opportunity to take your dog(s) out for walks and offer drop-in services for dogs and have experience in caring for cats, small mammals and birds.

A little bit about my experience with animals...

Having grown up with medium and large breed working dogs in rural Australia (Australian cattle dogs, German shepherds), I've grown up with a wealth of experience in how to train, handle and exercise large, active breeds. At home currently, we have a Shiba Inu and Saint Bernard, who are on opposite ends of the energy-spectrum. During my childhood we also had pet budgerigars and looked after the local neighbourhood roaming cats.

Walking

I love taking dogs out for adventures, enjoy running and will ensure your pet gets the most out of our walks. Depending on your dog's personality, I'll cater the walks to suit. For example, if they're nervous around people and other dogs, I'll take them to quieter trails and areas that allow safer distances. If they love a run around off-lead, I'll take them to safe, open areas.

Availability

I'm typically available throughout the mornings, days and evenings.
