My name is Zunaira, and I am the famous crazy cat lady who has been in London for quite some time. I recently completed my masters in Education and International Development at UCL and currently work as a Social Value consultant in Central London. In addition to that, I have been cat-sitting across zone 1 and 2 for nearly 3 years now!

Having moved to another country leaving my cats behind, has been the most daunting task for me. To introduce my current cat family back home: I have the eldest (Himalayan punch faced female) named Manchali, she is 15 years old and has been mostly cared after by my grandfather. Next, I have a 9-year-old (Persian female) named Bells, she is an absolute doll who showers us all with so much warmth and love. Then there is an 8-year-old (Persian male) named Pluto, he is a total stud who knows his way around stuff. I would have to say he is the most spoilt one out of all my babies. Last one is a 3-year-old (Himalayan female) named Fidget, and I guess her name speaks for herself.

I lost two of my beloved babies, Snowy and Dodo, on 7th and 18th September 2019, respectively. Both were my first ever pets and losing them has left me somewhat broken forever. Snowy for me was like my very own baby; to share an anecdote about my unconditional love for him - I stayed with him even when he had developed a skin condition which was contagious for humans. I gave him my undevoted attention till he fully recovered and was back being as healthy as ever.

Being a cat owner myself, I understand the significance of trusting an outsider to look after your pet. If you trust me with looking after your furry babies, I can reassure that the they will be in the safest hands, and will receive all the love, care and attention that they need and act snobby for!

Cat sitting helps me wind down, providing a chance to spend quality time with cats while I am away from my own cat-babies, and give me a break from the crazy 9-5 work-life.
