Hello, my name is Hugo! I have spent many days with dogs, as growing up, my parents had a dog walking business! As a child and teenager I spent every single day with many different type of dogs! I have a lot of experience walking them, caring for them and even a tiny bit in training them!

I am available almost all of the time, and I will be happy to work around your schedule. I always have time on weekends and weekdays as my university is done for the summer. I also have experience managing anxious and reactive dogs, as my family's business specialises in caring for them. 

I also have experience handling and administering flea medication, and I have a few tricks for prompting dogs to take oral medication if needed. I have been told that I handle emergencies very well, on walks I will ensure that I always know the location of the closest vet if nescessary.

I am a student journalist who prides myself on my people skills, I hope to build a strong relationship with both you and your pets/s! In my free time, I love to hike and walk, so I have the stamina to keep up with most dogs and bring them a fulfilling and stimulating walk.

My walks typically range from one hour to three but I am happy to adjust to yours and your dogs needs! I like to plan my routes beforehand so I can send them over so you know exactly what your dog will be up to. If you have a preferred route I would be more than happy to follow that to keep your dog and you secure and happy! I can bring along treats too wink wink.

During my service, I will be able to provide photographs and videos of me engaging with your pets whilst maintaining a high-quality walk. In most cases I will locate the closest park for the dogs to enjoy so that they get a chance to interact with nature. I will ask before hand if you're comfortable with your dog being off lead but I will always presume no just in case. In my personal experience, when I know a dog is reactive, I will keep them on a short lead and purposefully avoid other dogs or overwhelming situations, e.g., loud roads or groups of people.

You may also notice that I don't have many pictures of me on dog walks on my profile, I'd like to reassure you that I do and have walked many dogs, I just tend to go alone and try to avoid using my phone to ensure that the dog/s get 100% of my attention for a more fulfilling and engaging walk.

When I am out of London, I have two very anxious dogs, therefore I have developed the skills to cater to that as a walker. I also have stayed at many houses overnight to take 24 hour comprehensive care of big dogs, small dogs and even smaller dogs with big dog syndrome haha.
