Hello, I'm Sarah. I love animals, particularly cats and dogs, having acquired my first cat at the age of seven and dog three years later. A variety of other animals followed including hamsters, rabbits and parrots! I have owned my current cat, a little tabby called Flora for 14 years, and prior to that, I owned local rescue cats in Vietnam and Cameroon where I worked for the British Council. Prior to the pandemic, I volunteered for 4 years as a Cat Care Assistant at the North London Adoption Centre of Cats Protection in Archway, which involved feeding, socialising and grooming cats, as well as cleaning up after them! I
regularly look after cats and dogs for friends, family and neighbours.
Apart from animals, my hobbies include running, singing, creative writing and baking. I work in the Higher Education sector in learning support & development.   

I live near Victoria Park in Hackney and work from home which gives me good flexibility. I am happy to cover areas in Hackney, Bow, Mildmay, and the City. As a pet owner myself, I know how pets are a real member of the family, and how the prospect of entrusting them to strangers can make you feel very anxious, and I do my best to allay that anxiety so you feel you are leaving your fur baby in good hands. 

I provide cat and dog sitting services and dog walking. I am also happy to look after other small furries. As I have my own cat, I am unable to offer boarding to other animals and am sadly generally unable to do overnight stays, although I can arrange that given enough notice. I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon!
