Hi there pet pawrents! My name is Yumna and I have been sitting and fostering cats for over four years. I've had pets since I was young but now that I am still finding my place in the world, I can't keep a pet so I love to nurture and help other people's pets in the meantime. Over the COVID lockdown period when catsitting jobs were scarce, I successfully fostered and rehomed 10 healthy and happy cats.

As you can see from my photos, I am an avid collector of cat selfies but after living with a friend with two labradors for a year, I've fallen equally in love with dogs and feel I have gained enough experience to care for them well. As a psychotherapist in training, I am aware of the value animals give to our quality of life and mental health and to return the favour, I love giving them the care they deserve.

As a student and part time waitress, I have a generally flexible schedule. I am comfortable with animals with special needs, special diets or require medication. I take instructions well and stick to them. In an hour's visit, your pet will be fed, their area cleaned and most importantly they will get some quality cuddles and playtime.

"Yumna came to look after Coco our beloved cat for us for a couple of weeks in 2019. We were going on a long haul holiday so felt quite anxious about leaving the cat for so long. Especially as we had lots of renovations work going on in the house at the time which made Coco the cat very nervous. However, Yumna was fantastic with Coco. She was just what Coco needed whilst we were away for so long. My Dad even popped into the house to participate in the renovation work.
