Hello,

I'm a 21-year-old student who lives in Canterbury High Street and studies at the University of Kent.

For the last 11 years of my life, I have lived on a small farm in France where my mum has both a cattery and kennels. I often helped her with animals that came to us and loved to be able to meet so many of them. I understand that everyone has different personalities and needs. Within my family we have lots of pets too, we have three dogs, two of which are very big dogs and the other is a golden retriever rescue. I now have five cats as we rescued two from the side of the road, we got them when they were very small kittens and I understand the patience and care needed to be with animals that are rescued and/or young.

I was often entrusted with helping with not only my animals but those boarding and those at other people's houses. Other animals I have looked after include, rabbits, chickens, sheep, and cows. I believe that I could take care of other animals as well, depending on their needs. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Due to having experience with many different animals, I believe that the pet's usual routine is very important to keeping your pet happy when you are away which can be difficult for them.

Unfortunately, I can not bring any pets to where I live but I will happily go to your house to check on them and will also send you updates on them if you wish for me to do this. I can also walk them, feed them and even simply keep them company. I have some experience giving animals medicine but if this is the case I ask we discuss this as it depends on the animal's needs.

I am happy to meet you and your pet before you leave if it's possible, in fact, I find it's easier for us to be clear on what you would like me to do and it allows your pet to meet me as well.
