I've always loved animals, and have usually been the one at family and friends' gatherings who's entertaining the pets and children, who seem drawn to my calm, confident demeanour. I always treat them with kindness and respect, gently interacting with them and observing their reactions, to really get to know them and understand their needs and desires. I've also had multiple people call me "cat whisperer" or similar over the years, completely independently of one another!

In re-aligning my career with my core values and ethos, I started offering pet-care services as I moved away from working in tech in mid-2024. I've been a cat-owner for many years, and having no pets of my own at present has allowed me to focus on caring for others'. In the past year, I've looked after cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, and indoor plants & gardens, through drop-ins, sitting, boarding, and walking, alongside childcare and assisting with household tasks and seasonal decorating.

I'm based in Herne Hill, not far from the rail station and bus stops serving a number of routes, and within easy walking distance of Brixton, for the Victoria line. The nearby roads are very quiet, with restrictions placed upon motor vehicles. Brockwell Park is a lovely, large green space, just down the road, and there are a very small park nearby and multiple others within easy walking distance.

I'm not currently taking boarding bookings, but am happy to discuss them with a view to resuming in the near future. My home is a 1-bedroom, ground floor flat, with its own enclosed, decked back garden. It's set inside a mews, with a larger gated area to the front, where a neighbour's dog is sometimes left to his own devices, who always welcomes company and attention, from other dogs and humans alike.

I'm always happy to discuss the needs of your furry companions and to tailor my care for them accordingly, as I'm very aware that every creature's needs are unique.

I love to support local families and my community, making sure that everyone is as happy, safe and comfortable as possible, be they feline, canine, human, or otherwise!
