Hello,

I’m an LLM student at the University of Greenwich, living in Isle of Dogs with my partner and our 2.5-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Odin. Since we’ve used this service before for our own dog, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident with the person you’re trusting your pet with.

I have previously owned a Belgian Malinois, a Chow Chow, and a French Bulldog, and cared for them for many years. This has given me extensive hands-on experience with dogs of different breeds, temperaments, and energy levels.

For boarding and daycare, I follow a safe and consistent daily routine. We start the day with a morning walk, playtime, and a calm settling-in period. Throughout the day, I provide activities based on your dog’s needs — mental stimulation, outdoor walks, or relaxed one-on-one attention. I never leave visiting dogs unsupervised with Odin; all interactions are controlled, calm, and gradual.

Introducing new dogs to Odin is always done slowly and safely. We begin with a short, on-lead introduction in a neutral outdoor space, allowing both dogs to read each other’s body language. If they appear comfortable, we gradually increase interaction. Odin is friendly and playful, but your dog’s boundaries and comfort always come first.

I tailor my approach to different temperaments:

• Energetic dogs get structured play and longer outings.

• Shy or anxious dogs receive gentle reassurance, quiet spaces, and slow bonding time.

• More dominant or reactive dogs are managed with calm, consistent handling and distance-based walking when needed.

Walks range from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your dog’s age, breed, and energy level. I’m mindful of weather, joint comfort, and safe walking routes to ensure your pup stays happy and healthy.

Communication is very important to me. After every walk or visit, I send photos, updates, and any observations about your pet’s mood, behaviour, or appetite.

My goal is to ensure your furry friend feels safe, happy, and fully cared for while you’re away. I’m really looking forward to meeting you and your lovely furry friends.
