I have been surrounded by animals from a very young age, and dogs have always been my favourite.

I set up my own dog sitting and walking business aged 10, and worked to provide the best possible care for the pets of family, friends and new clients. I was lucky enough to finally adopt my own dog with my family from Battersea in 2017: an Akita named Bear. We had the most wonderful years with him, and I kept much of my dog sitting and walking going alongside as Bear was hugely social, gentle, and loved to play! However, I sadly had to press pause on this when Bear grew older and became unwell in his last years.

We sadly lost Bear in November 2025 and I now a dog-shaped whole in my life! I am using Pawshake to get back into dog sitting and walking as it's truly one of my favourite things to do. I have now cared for over 30 dogs, ranging from a teacup Pomeranian puppy, to a lab/spaniel mix, to other America Akitas, and so have a wide range of experiences across different breeds, ages and sizes.

I am very loving and always stay near to any dog, whilst also respecting their space, and am very happy to have dogs sleep in my bedroom (and even on my bed!). I always make the utmost effort to make sure a dog has the best time, and always plan around them - often incorporating dog-friendly spaces into my plans and making sure your pet is the priority.

Logistics: I have a flexible 9-5:30 job, whereby I am able to work from home whenever and take dogs for walks within these hours, but do also work in a dog-friendly office space. Within my company's space, no one else has a dog currently, and we are also situated next-door to a communal square. At home, we have a sizeable garden and I also live within 5 minutes of a large West London park. I always walk dogs 3 times per day (length of walk + up to 4, depending on the breed) and also have access to a car (Mini Countryman) that my dog, Bear, used to love sitting in the boot of.
