Hello, my name is Karen Matsuo, and caring for animals has always been at the heart of my life.

Over the years, I have raised many different kinds of animals — not only dogs, but also birds, parrots, sugar gliders, meerkats, hamsters, and more. Each species has its own unique personality and needs, and understanding those differences has become one of my strengths. I enjoy finding the right way to connect with each animal and making them feel safe and comfortable.

I decided to become a pet sitter because I wanted to use my experience to support others and their beloved family members. Since animals cannot express themselves with words, I believe it is essential to notice the small signs — their gestures, expressions, and changes in behavior. My years of caring for various animals have helped me develop strong observation skills and a deep sense of empathy.
