I'm Pianka Maria, a 22-year old dog handler, trainer, and primarily, a huge dog lover. I got my first dog at the age of 7, a Labrador Retriever named Beatrice. Soon, I picked up training and professional exhibiting at dog shows as my passion for understanding dogs kept growing. I began Junior Handling at age 14 in Estonia under the previous handling champions and soon obtained recognition from breeders all over the country. Thereafter, I began working in kennels and showing in breed rings- ranging from Chihuahuas to Rottweilers to Tibetan Mastiffs. As a freelancer, training dogs of different backgrounds with various unique tweeks became a keen passion of mine- the visible results combined with the owner's smiles is what makes it all worth it for me. I am pursuing further education by taking university courses on dog cognition to fulfil my portfolio and become even more knowledgeable on dogs.
I've worked with dogs from all FCI groups, specialising in FCI 5, 7 & 9. I am comfortable with handling any size, any age dog and accept all special requests. Since my own dogs have had a long-standing history of medical complications, I am well trained in providing first aid and understanding a wide varitey of medical conditions. As a pet sitter, I don't only offer training, but lots and lots of love and cuddles, because dogs should first and foremost be loving companions to humans.
What's included in the services you offer?
I provide both doggy day care and overnight dog boarding. In my house, I have a special area within my room in which I keep the dogs. We have a fully-fenced garden and enough space inside the house for playtime. I can have a maximum of 2 dogs for dog boarding over at a time and can provide doggy day care to a maximum of 4 dogs per day.
I provide dog walking services and upon request, can include training by which I teach the dogs to walk properly on leash. During the walks, I can play with the dogs, providing them physical and mental stimulation as well as basic obedience training on leash if so requested by the owner. The walk can also be completely free form. The setting of the walks will depend on area requested.
I offer 2 walks per day per pet, and 4 walks per day in total. Duration of the walk depends on owner's request but can be a maximum of 2 hours long.
PLEASE NOTE: I will be moving houses in the end of July. I will be moving to a flat where there is a larger space and more room for the dogs both in the indoor and outdoor spaces. Updated photos will be added in the first week of August.

We contacted Pianka for 3 days of dog-sitting during our stay in London for tourism. Pianka replied promptly and kindly to our questions and it has been easy to arrange a dog-sitting with her. She was flexible and could adapt to changes of our plans. We appreciated that she sent us pics of our dog while looking after it and reported about the day spent together.
As special circumstances forced us to cancel a day of dog sitting, she took initiative and she asked Pawshake to partially refund us.
We can only recommend her.
