Originally from Northern Canada, I come from communities where nearly every family has a pet and treats them like a family member. Ever since I was a young girl I have always been surrounded by dogs – both big and small, purebreds and rescues. As a child we had a labrador and cockerspaniel. Then into adulthood cats from college roommates and (another) rescue dog at home. Once I moved to Asia there was a void in my heart, because my apartment had little space for a dog or cat of my own. Thus, I became a pet sitter! In five years in Hong Kong I cared for over 100 animals (dogs and cats), meeting a variety of furry friends across different breeds. I now have vast experience with all sizes of dogs, and have petsit for both dogs and cats with disabilities, special needs and seperation anxiety.
