My names Lisa, I'm currently an EMT working for the ambulance service. As I work shifts of 4 on 4 off I find myself missing the company of animals, I enjoy taking my Jack Russel Ozzy for a walk. I have recently relocated from Manchester back to London due to work.
I have ways been passionate about all types of animals, I'm able to bond with animals confidently and quickly whilst not being fazed by there size. I have grown up around animals, and always had dogs as pets, along with other small furry creatures. I enjoy walking and exercise, and not bothered by the typical British weather, come rain, wind or sun I'm happy to go out and walk dogs.
Although I only have experience with my own pets, along with friends and families animals, I do have a lot of skills from my career as a emergency medical technician. I appreciate humans are not quite the same as animals, but I feel some skills are transferable. I'm kind, caring and compationate, able to adapt quickly in changing situations while staying calm.
I'm used to being vidulant and on the look out for potentional dangers or hazards, I have good people skills, and not afraid of hard work or long hours. When entering patients homes I come into contact with all shape and sizes of animals, I have also come across stray dogs whilst out driving the ambulance, stopping to collect them and take them to the local vet. I'm happy to help vaunrable people with pets aswell, there's a high rate of homeless people in my work area, some with dogs who I have also helped, giving clean blankets and food. Me and my crew mate also helped to bandage a dogs paw, and give supplies to help the homeless man keep his dogs paw clean and dry until it healed.
I'm happy to offer dog walking, pet sitting, feeding and giving medication if necessary. Any special requirements are welcome, I will go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy in my care. I appreciate a new face may be daunting at first, the more I can understand about your pet, the better and less stressful I can make it :)

Lisa took care of my four guinea pigs this weekend whilst I was away. She fed them and made sure they were all alright. She was super easy to communicate with and she sent photo updates of the pigs when she went to see them. I would definitely be contacting Lisa in the future.
I’m really pleased I got Lisa to look after my little girl, not only was she super communities and responsive prior to looking after my cat, she kept me updated with messages and pictures during. My cat is usually quite timid around strangers, but was happy to cuddle up to Lisa, meaning she is obviously great with animals and a great comfort. Would definitely use Lisa again.
