Hi, my name is Brigite. I've had cats and dogs since I was a child and my love for animals only grew over the years, so much so that I decided to go to University to pursue a profession involving animals, so I already care for pets on my full-time job.
I know just how important pets are in our lives, so it will be a pleasure to look after yours and to make sure that in the time spent with me your pup or kitten will receive the same kind of love and care they are used to at home.
My experience with animals is far-reaching, as previously mentioned I work with animals every day on my job so I´ve worked with hundreds and hundreds of cats, dogs, and small furries. I´ve worked with dogs of all sizes, with various temperaments, from puppies to old age, and loved caring for them equally.
I'm trained in pet first aid and can confidently administer all types of medications, from oral to injectables. Also, have experience with special needs animals.
When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet to make sure that we´re a good fit for one another, which is very important to me.
Likewise, it allows us to chat face-to-face about your pup or kitten and your care expectations. No one knows your pet better than you do so it's the best way to ensure that I'm taking care of your pet in the best way possible.
Finally, I just love meeting new dogs and cats! I like to start any interaction in the most positive way possible to show them that I'm a welcome presence, here to make friends, and I'm sure we will be best friends in no time.
I know it is very hard to be away from your best buddy, so communication is essential. I'll make sure that I send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can be assured that your pet is safe and happy. At the end of the day that is the most important thing.

I work full-time but have Wednesdays and the weekend free. On those days, I'm available to take your dog on walks and to look after your pet during the day.
Available to have your pet overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday and on Friday and Saturday.

I have a fenced yard with grass in my home so all dogs can have safe access to a garden to play in. My neighborhood is safe and calm and has a fenced park nearby, so it's the perfect place for walks during the day.
I also own my own car so if there is no park near your home I'm happy to transport your pup somewhere where they can be free to roam around.

I love going on walks to explore nearby parks and woodlands. During walks, I plan to play a lot of fetch and let your dog explore his surroundings as much as possible. I will carefully let your dog interact with other pets and people. I can also teach your dog how to walk better on the lead if requested.

I am also available to drop in at your house if more convenient for you to care for your pet and keep it company.

Sadly currently don't own any pets of my own.
