Hello! My name is Sammie, and from the day I was born, animals have surrounded me. Growing up on 5 acres of land (approx. 2 hectares) for most of my childhood, I had six dogs, two cats, two birds, a turtle, a snake, rabbits, chickens, and horses.

As a senior in high school, I worked as a vet tech from 2009-2010. While there, I handled 100s of cats and dogs, administered vaccines and medication, learned how to read bloodwork, and assisted in dental cleaning and surgeries.

Many years later, in 2019, I became a dog walker in Las Vegas + Los Angeles through the app 'Wag.' It became quite a hobby, as I loved the physical activity it brought to my life and enjoyed meeting so many dogs each week. In late 2021, I began house and pet sitting professionally all around Europe and the UK. I've spent extensive time over my years caring for animals, whether my own or someone else's. It brings me a lot of joy to give owners peace of mind that their pet(s) are being well cared for while they're away.

To understand me, you must know that I am, without fail, always the girl at the party on the floor with the pets. Since the start of 2021, I have been a digital nomad, training my Pilates + yoga clients online while traveling around looking after pets. Pet sitting compliments my lifestyle tremendously, and I genuinely feel grateful for the opportunity to blend my work and passion into one. 

I live for adventure, being in nature, and seeing as many sunrises and sunsets as possible. I love being outdoors, whether on a patio or backyard, walking the streets, or out on a trail. Whether your pet needs snuggles or a lot of exercise, I am your girl. I know the importance of feeling like your pets are safe while traveling, so I like to send daily pictures and video updates throughout your trip. When you return, you can anticipate finding your house tidy and prepped for you to come back—it's not uncommon for me to leave some tasty leftovers in the fridge, too :)
