Hi there! I’m Raquel, your certified pet concierge with over 20 years of experience in pet ownership and over 10 years of experience in personalised pet care.

I’ve owned pets my whole life. From fish to cats and dogs to rabbits and guinea pigs. I've been pet sitting for over 10 years. Started off taking care of friends and family's pets and now I'm proud to say I meet new clients every month :)

I come armed with a solid insurance policy and my first aid and CPR certificate, because even the most regal of pets occasionally need a human to come to their rescue (or at least to open the chicken treats!)
