Hi there! My name is Zoltan (you can call me Zoli), based in Netherfield/Nottingham area with my partner Samuel. With my previous partner we shared a dogsitter profile on a different site which no longer gives services on an acceptible level for dogsitters. Working remotely from home since 2011 which gives me the time and flexibility to look after my dog and other dogs if needed. Happy father of a 6,5 year old Jack Russel terrier Toby, who loves entertaining both his human and furry friends.
I prefer having an inital meet if possible, so you can see my place, your dog can meet our dog, Toby to see how they are cooperating with each other. Both for day care and overnight stay I prefer if you can bring your dog's bed/blanket. It is important for making them instantly feeling the home smell and vibe from your house in a new place. If you forget that, no panic, we do have 3 additional dog beds, but it is better for your dog having its own :)
You should also bring your dog's lead, so we can enjoy happy but safe walk during the day and the evening. Please bring food (and if applicable) bring any medication with you with information on the portions and let us know how often we should feed your dog. No need to bring your dog's bowl as we have loads, but if your dog prefers to eat from its own bowl, you should bring it with you of course.

Second time Oakley has stayed with Zoli. I had no worries leaving him with Zoltan, Sam and Toby. He had a great time and didn’t miss me at all. Thanks to Zoli’s professionalism and naturally calm and caring nature I wouldn’t send my boy anywhere else. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Zoli and Sam and not forgetting Toby for giving me peace of mind when I’m away. I know I don’t have to worry about handing over the care of my boy to you. Thank you.
It’s taken me a few days to write this review because I want it to be perfect just like Zoltan. I was a bit apprehensive when I went for our initial meeting as my dog hasn’t socialised much due to having him just before lockdown happened and Zoltan has a dog of his own so I wasn’t sure how my dog would behave around his. My Staffie can be a bit of a handful but Zoltan is very calm and takes everything in his stride - unlike me. I came away from that initial meeting knowing that I’d chosen the right sitter for my boy and that I could leave him for a two week stay whilst I was away on a relaxing holiday knowing I didn’t have to worry. Zoltan kept me updated regularly and also sent me pictures and videos to reassure me that all was well. I would recommend Pawshake, especially Zoltan to look after your pet. I will definitely use Zoltan again when I go away. If need be I’d work my holiday around when Zoltan is available. Lol. Also, I’d just like to thank Zoli again as I couldn’t have been happier with how my dog was cared for. So thank you Zoli you’re the most amazing and calm person I know when interacting with my mad hound.
