Hi! I am Fleur, a 22-year-old graduate who works from home and loves animals. I have grown up with animals ranging from birds of prey and chickens to your basic dogs, cats and guinea pigs.

I currently live at my family home and am looking to save so I can move out. I have had hands-on experience with a real mix of personalities and behaviours from a young age. I am comfortable with nervous pets (I have owls) , stubborn pets (I have a daschund), high energy pets (I have a visla), and everything in between. I am also very hands-on and more than happy to handle the less glamorous side of pet care, including medication. It comes with the territory and I really dont mind!

Since I also work remotely, I am readily available to care practically full time for any pet and to keep them company. I know how much it matters to feel confident that your pet isn't just being looked after but is actually enjoying themselves, and that's what I want to offer. I love the company just as much as they do!

I am more than happy to do overnight stays or day visits to cuddle and feed your animals. And working from home makes this easy. 

I have been a frequent cat sitter for a family with two adopted cats. This has generally for a week at a time and staying overnight while the family are on holiday. I find the cats love to keep my lap warm while I work during the week. 

Dogs I have cared for are the same! I have two recurring families who will take occasional weekends away and leave their dog (an ex-racing greyhound and the other a Newfoundland) in my care and to walk for the time they are away. This, again, is overnight sitting for the set time they are away. Since my family has animals at home currently I cannot bring your animals into my space, but I am happy to come to you!

Having grown up with so many animals, working remotely and being able to drive , pet sitting , particularly using a platform like Pawshake, seemed like such an obvious choice to be able to contribute to something I truly care about and enjoy.
