As a doctor, caring and healing comes naturally to me. Humans and animals aren't quite the same, of course, but I have always been a cat lover.

As a child, after a few years of begging my parents, I finally got to adopt Tammy, my tabby who lived till the ripe old age of 17. I can proudly say that I was her favourite human.

I've had several cats since then: Artemis and Hermes, Bengal crosses, and Asteria, a black moggy. I adopted my two current kittens in 2024: Odyssey and Iliad, Bengal-Siberian crosses. Being a trained healthcare professional comes in very handy around sick pets. I'm confident with home wound care and medicine administration for animals who need it after a visit to the vet. And having worked with feral street cats as a volunteer in Nepal, I'm confident with anxious cats and those less comfortable with humans.

I look after the cats of friends and neighbours frequently, and would be honoured to look after your moggy too. I work mostly from home these days, so I'm available to pop by and care for your kitties once or twice a day, including food and water, grooming, playing, medications, and litter trays.
