Hi, I’m Elise — a lifelong cat lover who lives in Wigan. I am new to cat sitting but have sat for friends and family for years and have actually had my own little fur family since I left the Royal Navy and settled down in 2000. I love all animals, but have dedicated most of my time to fostering cats and kittens with 2 local charities in Manchester. I have fostered over 55 cats and kittens 🐈😻in my own home. Mainly hand rears, where kittens need to be bottle fed every couple of hours 🍼🐈😻 which is extremely fulfilling. I saw each foster through weaning, vaccinations and microchips before finding their own loving homes and completing home checks to make sure each kitty was suitably placed and happy😻❤️. We kept a few along the way (3), which is why I have 6 of my own🙀.

Complicated kitties always come my way😻. so, I am used to dealing with medical conditions, I have had cats with Diabetes, allergies(on special diets). My Lloydyboy is complicated & has daily anxiety medication and has Chronic Pneumonia, he’s always got medication for something💊🐈⬛. I have my Lilo with a heart condition (HCM) and she also suffers with IBD. My Nala has Asthma and has an inhaler twice a day, Cocoa has allergies and Toothless is also visually impaired. So, I am perfectly used to giving medicines, taking regular trips to the vets, and most importantly noticing when something isn't quite right. Although most of my experience is with cats, I am at home with small pets too and am very patient and gentle with nervous animals.
