Hi, my name is Julia and am 57 and married. I work part time so am very flexible with visits. I am completely reliable, trustworthy and an animal lover.

I have always had dogs and cats since I was young including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters.

 We currently have two crazy cockers called Darcy and Jess, and 2 siamese cats.

Boris, one of the siamese, is very vocal so if one of the dogs is too excitable, the whole house knows when Boris is telling them off.

 The reason we have siamese is because I once looked after a beautiful seal point called Gemma for 6 months whilst her parents travelled Australia.

 She was such a character that we decided to have 2 of our own.

They are just like dogs in a way - if you throw a toy, they will pick it up and bring it back and they steal socks when you are not looking.

 I've also looked after friend's cats and dogs whilst they have been away which I enjoyed.

I am offering a cat sitting service because I know from experience that cats are far more relaxed in their own environment rather than being away in a cattery.

 Their diet will be followed to your instructions and there will be plenty of love and cuddles too.

 I can administer medicines, pills and eye drops as well.

 If you would like me to groom them, I'm very happy to do so.

 I can also water houseplants or turn on lights/radio etc.

 I shall of course send lots of photos for you so that you can see they are happy and contented.

Very flexible with visit times.

 I work part time from home so am able to fit around your VIP, your Very Important Pet.

I volunteer at the local police station and have been DBS checked.

 I have also volunteered at the local animal rescue centre too, walking the rescue dogs and working in the charity shop, meeting lots of doggy and occasional pussy cat customers and their humans.
