Animals I would love to care for include dogs and small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters).

However, animals will never be left outside without supervision.
I live with my long-term partner (also animal mad) who is a teacher, so is out of the house all day 5 days a week.
Any pet that I care for is treated with respect and as if it were my own.
They can expect playtime, cuddles, or a nice quiet space for a nap, whatever they need.
I will provide regular updates and pictures to the owner. I know it can be tough leaving your fur babies.
Vaccinated and neutered only please. Any quirks, let me know in advance so I can ensure your pet is safe and happy at all times.
For dogs, a meet and greet morning/afternoon (including a walk) is required at my home before booking daycare and overnight stays. This is to make sure the dog is comfortable in the space with me and I can see any quirks/ demonstrations on any training you would like me to carry on with.
I dog-sit a friendly male Cockapoo every Thursday during school term time. Dogs MUST be friendly with others if booking includes this day.
Disclaimer: I am not a dog behaviourist, or trainer. I have a full time job and must be able to work with you pet without having to worry (occasional disturbances for playtime and cuddles are fine).

I have a big dog who is possibly a bit spoilt and can be a handful. I’ve never used home boarding before and I was anxious about leaving him with someone else.
Rachel is a complete pro and I’m so glad we found her. We had a really useful meet and greet session where she spent lots of time getting to know my dog and answering all my questions. There was no pressure to finalise the booking until I was happy and confident that he would be well looked after.
During his stay, Rachel sent me pictures and an update every evening all about their day together. I found this super reassuring because I could see my dog had settled in quickly and was having a lovely time. There are no children or pets in Rachel’s home so he got lots of 1:1 attention. In the end, he enjoyed his stay so much that he didn’t want to come home!
I would definitely book Rachel again and 100% recommend her to others.
I would 100% recommend Rachel to anyone looking for an amazing sitter! It was the first time I had left Benny with anyone and i had not had him long myself but Rachel is so friendly and reassuring and accommodating. The daily pupdates with pictures and videos were amazing and put my mind at rest and Benny was so settled and happy the entire time. I would 100% use Rachel’s services again. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
